Merchandise Vendors  $300 if paid in advance or $175 per day
Craft Vendors $75 if paid in advance or $50 per day
Agency Tables free
All food & merchandise vendors are REQUIRED to have garbage cans and everyone is required to keep area clean and leave it clean. We do no supply tents.
PRPW reserves the right of approval. PRPW is NOT responsible for thefts and or vandalism or sales.
This is a rain or shine event. In the event of heavy rain the event will move to indoor location.

Food Vendor Acknowledgement : vendor is responsible for disposing of used oil and $100 cash deposit for clean-up must be submitted PRIOR set-up and will be returned end of event if site is clean.

Vendor Acknowledgement :  All Indigenous beadwork, dreamcatchers, moccasins must be authentically made on Turtle Island (Canada & USA). NO EXCEPTIONS. Failure to comply will result in being asked to leave event immediately. *
The following items are NOT ALLOWED at the Peace River Pow Wow: laser pointers, silly string, fart bombs, bombs of any sort, cap guns , whistles, vapor cigarettes, bubbles. Failure to comply will result in being asked to leave the event immediately *
