Norris has over 30 years of hands-on experience in the debt collection industry. As a veteran debt receivable practitioner, Norris and his team have managed cross-border portfolios exceeding billions of US dollars in various industries including finance, telecommunication, and manufacturing.

Norris is a frequent speaker and has conducted over a thousand seminars in Hong Kong, Taiwan and PRC, including  Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce, Canton Trade Fair, ET Business College, HKU SPACE,  etc. His seminars are well received by the participants.

During his 4-year time in Cheng & Cheng, Henry gained fruitful experience in PRC Taxation and International Taxation and attained top scores in International Taxation and Advanced Taxation of Certified Tax Advisor (CTA) exams. Henry and his team are equipped with knowledge in PRC, Hong Kong and International Taxation (both Corporate and Individual Income Tax) as well as transfer pricing in order to provide comprehensive tax planning solutions to clients.
