Applicant Information
By entering the event you and the group members agree that The Cookham and Maidenhead Arts Trail may use your information solely for the purpose of promoting this event and that only your “public details” will be printed in publicity materials. Public Liability insurance is compulsory. Insurance of your work will be your own responsibility.

1) Venues must be open and stewarded from 10am - 5pm.

2) A place on the Art Trail costs £35 for every individual artist. Your £35 will pay for one photo listing in the brochure and cover all other advertising and organisational costs. This fee does not cover individual venue hire costs.

3) Applications and images should be submitted by Friday 28th April 2023.

4) On acceptance, Art Trail payment must be made by Friday 26th May. All payments should be made by bank transfer to Cookham & Maidenhead Arts Trail Account no. 56469322, sort code 60-13-35 with your initial and surname as reference. (Note this is a different bank account so do not use one you may have saved before.)

Artist Group Details

To help with organisation please can all group members ensure they write the same group name on their individual applications. If you are not part of a group please leave this blank.

Please give the name of the group leader or representative below, this person will act  as the main point  of contact between CAMAT and the artist group. CAMAT will contact the group leader to ask for further details regarding the group, for example if the group has a website or social media information. Please don't forget to complete your application by submitting 4 images of your artwork to us!
This applies to all artists (even if you are part of a group) and must be submitted with their application form by Friday 28th April 2023.

Images should:

Preferably in landscape format

Must be good quality, high resolution jpegs of at least 1MB

Be of recent work, no more than five years old

include your name in the file name eg. ‘SJones Yellow Gate’

Images may be cropped or manipulated before publication. By submitting the images the artist is giving permission for the material to be used in the brochure, the website and social media.  The brochure images are an important tool for the public to decide which venues to visit.
