From advocating for refugees fleeing from genocide and human right violations and helping refugees in our own community to educating others about past genocides and how to recognize the warning signs today, STAND has been a force for good in our community and around the world for almost fifteen years. We hope that you join us this year as we STAND up for others!

OUR FIRST MEETING IS ON SEPTEMBER 2ND AT EITHER 8:30 am IN RM 104 OR 4:00 PM IN THE MEDIA CENTER. If you cannot make it, just make sure to fill out this application and pay your dues online (you will receive a text with information).

To join this year, you MUST do the following:
1. Fill out this form and submit it.
2. Pay $15 dues electronically on the MTHS website (This includes a t-shirt, dues, and ICC dues. If you want a long-sleeved t-shirt, then you can pay $20). Details will be shared with you via Remind and at our meeting. If you need help and cannot afford dues, then please indicate that on this form. If you do not pay dues (or let us know that it is a financial hardship), then you will not be a member of STAND, even if you fill out this form.
3. Attend meetings in person, which are on the first Thursday of the month at either 8:30 AM in rm 104 OR at 4:00 PM in the media center. If you have a conflict with a meeting time, then just let a sponsor know and get the make up information!
