Cambridge Changemakers: Youth Advocacy Leadership Program
In this frontline leadership development program, we are inviting teams of youth workers across Cambridge to build and co-create with a cohort of like-minded, passionate, and caring youth workers to encourage youth to have an impact in their communities and take charge of their own destinies.

The application process is to help put together a robust group of leaders who will challenge, encourage, and love each other through this transformative and emergent process.

This cohort is for Youth Workers who are:
* Currently working in programs serving Cambridge youth and families of all ages
* Committed to uplifting the voices of Youth
* Thrive learning in community, alongside peers, through interactive and discussion based activities
* Have some experience and/or deep interest in work centered on racial justice, social justice, and youth advocacy
* Willing to dive deeply into a personal exploration of individual and societal identities and how they intersect with our Youth Worker identities.

How will we do this?:
* Three sessions to explore personal identity, youth development concepts, and outside barriers and opportunities for youth self-determination
* Project based learning that will culminate in the fourth celebratory session where participants will share their projects they will take back to their OST organizations
* Conversations with guest speakers who are currently youth advocacy champions
* Creating connections in a network of youth advocates that will continue long after the program
