Artist's statement:  It feels like a miracle that we still have a place like this— places like this are going fast.  The TRANZAC is a gem and we need care for it. It was probably 25 years ago that I first came here. I played a gig with my best pals—my band Wayne Omaha. I still play music with these guys and I hope we will still be playing music together for a long time, maybe we will  become old guys together and play our old guy tunes here at the TRANZAC. That's my dream anyway!
