1. Email notification will be sent to you if your application is accepted.

2. Please complete the payment procedure within the specified time to confirm the application, otherwise the seat will not be reserved.

3. In case you need to cancel the retreat, the retreat fee can be reserved for six months only if the cancellation is make at least three weeks before the retreat date. The retreat fee can only be reserved once.

4. Please bring along your identity card for verification if needed
