2024 Chaperone and Band Aid Interest
If you would like to join our Chaperone & Band Aid team (Marching Band, Concert Band and Winter Guard), please complete this form. If you are new to Marching Band, this is your first step to demonstrate interest in joining us to care for our students. If you are a returning Chaperone/Band Aid, thank you, and please fill out the form so we know you will join our team again!

During Marching Band season, whether you are a parent of a musician or guard student, we are all one team working together to support all of our students. Both Chaperones and Band Aids provide care for our students during long rehearsals and events at Mason and when the band travels.

Training is required annually for our full team of Chaperones & Band Aids who are responsible for Student Health and Wellness. Our initial training for the season will take place on Tuesday, May 21st at 7pm in the Harvard room at the Hight School.

Once you complete this form, you will receive an email with a copy of your responses.
