FAS Academic Compute Request Form
This form is for gathering information needed to set up an Academic Compute instance for FAS/SEAS courses.

The anticipated turnaround time for requests is ten business days. If a request will take longer than that to complete, a representative from Academic Technology for FAS will be in touch with the contact person listed on the form to provide an update.

User data on our platforms is only retained during the course of the semester, and will be removed after grades are due from faculty. Please plan for data to be removed after the semester is over.
