The purpose of the AMATYC Student Scholarship is to encourage the study of mathematics by students enrolled in institutions of higher education.  The student must be nominated by an AMATYC member, have an overall GPA of at least 3.0, be majoring in mathematics, mathematics education, statistics or a STEM field and enrolled full-time at the nominating institution during the spring semester preceding the Annual AMATYC conference when the award will be announced.

This form is to have the student be considered as the affiliate nominee of NCMATYC. If multiple nominations are received by the deadline, a random draw will take place with at a meeting (virtual or in-person) of at least 3 of the board members.

Due Date is 10/7/2023 (The AMATYC award deadline is 10/15  each year.)
