The entire staff team is referred to as faculty since we are a school for mages. Faculty are expected to hold each other to the same standards and treat each other with the same respect regardless of age. We are one crew. Those who are 18 years and older at the time camp starts are called "Professors". They count to supervision ratio according to Girl Scout insurance. Those who are 17 years and younger at the time of camp are called "Associate Professors". *** Staff are broken into units or known as Houses. The house leadership team consists of the Head of House (unit head), Assistant Head of House (assistant unit head), and House Captain. A House Captain may either be a Trailblazer or a Professor. They are the direct supervisor for that house's associate professors.  A House Lieutenant is a supervisor-in-active-training. Lieutenants will take on more supervision responsibility as the year goes on. In the event a house or unit has multiple lieutenants, numbers will indicate the hierarchy (Example: First Lieutenant)
