This will be awarded to a team who have shown outstanding service and contribution to sport in Scotland in 2022.
A team for this category constitutes:
A ‘traditional’ sports team
Two or more athletes competing for one medal/title (e.g. pairs, doubles, relay).
We are looking for a Scottish team whose achievements represented excellence in sport at the highest level.
We will consider:
The calibre of event (e.g. Olympics, Paralympics, Commownealth Games, World or European Cup/Championships) or series of events (e.g. Grand Slam, World Cup Series, Grand Prix, League).
The level of recognition of the achievement in Scotland and the world
Inspirational impact of the achievement
Nominees will be judged on their contribution in 2022.
Nomination Process
You can nominate for yourself or someone else.
Nominations are made by completing an online form on the Team Scotland website.
You will be asked to submit a maximum of 300 words explaining why the chosen organisation has been nominated, including examples of the organisation demonstrating the above achievements/qualities.
