AAI V2V Enrollment Form - 2024/25

Alpine Achievers Initiative's Valley to Valley Homeschool Program (V2V) runs from late August to early May and is designed to provide extracurricular activities for homeschool students; incorporating components of art, adventure, socialization, nature, and movement!

All V2V Programs are open to anyone 5 and up. We are also piloting a new program in Alamosa for 12-15 year old's called B2B Alpine Adventurers. The details surrounding this new program will be shared in May, however, you can complete this form to enroll early. 

SLV & ARK ONLY: Semesters are broken up into 3 "Blocks."  Each Block includes 5 weeks of a special series and one field trip. A Course Catalog and Calendar containing all the details you need to know will be shared each semester, prior to the start of programs.



San Luis Valley Cohort: We are offering  5 groups in the SLV region. Programming will be offered once per week for each group. 
  • Two Alamosa Groups - meet on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10 AM to 3 PM at the Rio Grande Farm Park
  • One Manassa Group - meets on Thursdays from 10 AM to 3 PM at the Manassa Opera House
  • One Crestone Group - meets on Fridays from 10 AM to 3 PM; Location TBD
  • B2B Alpine Adventurers - meets on Fridays from 10 AM to 3 PM at the Farm Park (12-15 year old's ONLY)

ARK Valley Cohort: We are offering 1 group in Salida. Programming will occur every Thursday from 10 AM to 3 PM at the Boys and Girls Club of Chaffee County. Please note, children age 5 MUST be accompanied by a legal guardian while at the Boys and Girls Club per their policy. 

Park County Cohort: We are offering 1 group in this area. This group does not meet at the same time and day each week. Field trips typically occur every other month. A calendar with the schedule is sent out a month in advance.



This program is completely free for your enrolled child if you are able to fulfill the following requirements:
  1. Participants must be at least 5 years old by October 1st, 2024
  2. Participants cannot be enrolled in another public school program by October 1st
  3. Enroll no later than October 1st, 2024
  4. Fill out required paperwork (sent via email after completing this form)
  5. Agree to participate in at least 90 hours of programming each semester (students only, no parent participation is required)
  6. Start joining programs in mid-August!


Please note, if you are enrolling more than one child, simply follow the prompts on this form. You do NOT need to submit multiple forms.

You can choose to drop-in to this program if you are enrolled in another public school program, have missed the sign-up deadline (10/1/24), or do not wish to enroll for other reasons

This means you agree to pay $250 per student/per semester to participate. 

PLEASE NOTE: If it is before 10/1, your curriculum is compatible (please review our website to confirm), and you plan to attend at least 60% of the time we highly recommend enrolling. This allows you to attend for free!

What kind of curriculum does your family follow at home? (Self-lead, Online, Unschooling, etc.) 

PLEASE NOTE: Students enrolling in the Valley to Valley Homeschool Program cannot be enrolled in another public school program such as Colorado Prep Academy or K12 Free Online Public School. You may still participate, but must do so as a drop-in.
According to Colorado Homeschool Law, homeschool students are required to test or be evaluated by a qualified person to ensure that the student is making educational progress. This applies to students in 3, 5, 7, 9 or 11th grades. 

AAI does NOT fulfill this requirement, you are expected to ensure this occurs outside of V2V programming. Do you understand this requirement?
