All students utilizing school bus transportation for the '22 - '23 school year MUST register using this form.  All students Kindergarten-Grade 12, regardless of the distance from home to school.  Please note: that the deadline to register is Friday, July 1, 2022.

Important Note: Fee-Based Riders
The state requires school districts to provide transportation to and from school only for those students in grades K-6 who live more than 2.0 miles from school. Transportation is not mandated for any students, grades K - 6 residing within 2 miles from their respective school or for any student in grades 7-12.  Students who wish to ride the bus that are not mandated riders are considered "fee-based."

The transportation fee will remain unchanged for the upcoming year: $250/fee-based student with a family cap of $500.  Payment will be due at registration.  Once you submit this form, please process payment via Unipay: https://unipaygold.unibank.com/transactioninfo.aspx?TID=21074.  If you believe that your student(s) will be riding with a fee waiver (for those that participate in the Free and Reduced lunch program), you will be able to indicate this on the survey.  For those riding with a fee waiver, no payment in Unipay is required.
