At their July 21st meeting, the Montgomery County School Board agreed on a plan to offer families a choice in how their children return to school this fall.  We encourage you to learn more about these options BEFORE completing the form below.  Please go to our district webpage www.montgomery.kyschools.us and review the information provided on the Return to the 2020-2021 School Year under Quick Links.  A "virtual town hall meeting" will be held on Monday, July 27 at 7:00 pm via the district's YouTube channel to provide families with more information regarding the two options.  More information about the "virtual town hall meeting" will be provided this week.

We are asking each family to complete one form for every child by 8:00 pm on Monday, August 3, 2020 to allow appropriate planning by the district.
