Before you submit this form, gather the paperwork you will need for enrollment. The requirements are listed here -- https://www.floridaunschoolers.net/enrollment

When you have everything ready, fill out the following form and submit it.

Then email the rest of your paperwork to director@floridaunschoolers.net or nanceconfer@gmail.com (Or send the documents by regular mail.)

Your child is not enrolled until all of the paperwork is received.

When your documents are received, if everything is complete, you will be sent an email confirming your child's enrollment date.

Your child will be enrolled the day all of the paperwork is received. If you want to start at a later date (say you enroll your child in July but don't want to start until August), enter your start date here.

Enrollment Confirmation

If your child's previous school wants a confirmation of the new private school enrollment, enter their email address here. If you were registered with your county as a homeschooler before this, submit a Letter of Termination to your county school board's homeschool office.

Attendance

All Florida Unschoolers students will have a standing report for attendance once they are enrolled. Their attendance will be checked in automatically each quarter until the student is withdrawn or graduates. Florida Unschoolers - Attendance
