WHY THE APPLICATION PROCESS?
We just want to make sure the workshops are appropriate. Boot Camp will NOT be useful to:
• Beginning authors/illustrators who want to learn how to navigate agent and publisher submissions
• Beginning authors/illustrators who are thinking of self publishing
• Authors and illustrators looking for craft-based training
Before Boot Camp, we will use this info to facilitate virtual meeting and mingling so that attendees can network and support each other after the event.
WHO CAN APPLY?
• Authors and illustrators – traditionally or self published – who have a book coming out in the next 18 months.
• Authors/Illustrators with a book deal
• Midlisters in need of a refresher
• Authors/illustrators who are in advanced stages of self publishing a book
TIMINGS
