The Mindful Meditation Group
Thank you for your interest in Hope Therapeutic Service's Circle Mindful Meditation Group. The Mindful Meditation Group offers a supportive and inclusive space for individuals to explore and practice mindfulness meditation techniques.
Participants are gently guided through mindfulness exercises, focusing on breath awareness, body scans, and mindful movement. The group meets on a weekly basis Mondays 3:30pm-4:30pm and is open to adults.
