PLEASE NOTE
The Hatch Market is designed as an educational experience for students only. Adults are not permitted as vendors. 
  • A Parent is required to be with their student at all times.
  • A Parent is responsible to supervise their student's transactions.
  • A Parent may have more than one student in a booth space.
  • Each applicant will be allowed space to set up one 6' rectangle table. If your student requires an alternative set up, they may request an optional arrangement. 


IMPORTANT DATES
We do not have space for everyone, but we want to have a place for your student. Please note these important dates:
  • September 6, 2022 - NOTE UPDATED Application deadline
  • September 6, 2022 - Spaces will be awarded and parents invoiced electronically.
MARKET DAY SCHEDULE

Check-In and Set-Up: 8:00 to 9:30
Your student will need to bring their own table and cash box with change.

Enjoy a BREAK after you set up UNTIL the Hatch Market OPENS. Take this time to get some food and enjoy watching the Railroad Festival Parade which is scheduled to start at 9:30. It turns the corner in front of Venue 1848 at the intersection of Church Street and  Main Street. We estimate the parade to pass here about 10am.

Market Opens: 11:30am
Market Closes: 3:00pm

For the integrity of the market, courtesy of other vendors, convenience of shoppers, and your safety, do not take down your booth until after 3pm.
