Taught by experienced facilitators and teachers, this course is for those who manage groups, meetings, and multi-party mediation cases. Tips, strategies, planning and communication approaches to managing groups of people. Via Zoom.
Instructors: Sara Barnes is the Executive Director of MV Mediation and has taught, facilitated, mediated and coached for over forty years. Deb Lynandale is a mediator, instructional specialist, facilitator and workshop presenter committed to equity and justice. David Ross is a nationally recognized commercial mediator with teaching and consulting experience. All instructors have significant higher education teaching experience and have facilitated a wide array of diverse groups through many dilemmas and challenges.

Cost is $500.
Scholarships are available on a case by case basis. Those working in the Massachusetts Community Mediation network can received reduced rates due to Commonwealth funding.
