Cleves Lower School Choir sign up form
This is the form to fill in if you are signing your child/children up to the Year 3 and 4 choir that practice after school on a THURSDAY from 3.15 - 4.15. The choir have exciting opportunities ahead with several performances already planned and lots of really fun music to learn.
