Thank you very much for completing this survey. Just for context, I’m a management consultant and project/programme manager with around 30 years’ experience. Over the years I’ve managed dozens of projects both large and small and probably, like you, have many observations for improvements. I’ll be using this survey to underpin my thoughts around project risk management and then to share them as widely as possible.

Note, that for the term ‘Project’ I’m using the Association for Project Management’s definition, which doesn’t differ greatly for other associations and methodologies, i.e.

“A project is a unique, transient endeavour, undertaken to achieve planned objectives, which could be defined in terms of outputs, outcomes or benefits.”
