Welcome to Princeton Learning Experience International School (PLE) Youth Leadership Program!

Princeton Learning Experience International School is a NJ Education Department registered K-12 Nonprofit International School to help young children to learn and develop academic advantage including advanced English speaking/debate and communication skills, advanced STEM programs knowledge and skills via online classes, clubs, workshops and communication media.

The PLE Youth Leadership Program started in 2015, and has attracted many passionate youths to volunteer their time and talents to younger kids in PLE community. PLE will continuously provide a supportive and positive working environment in which youth has the opportunity to develop leadership and team work skills, which in turn foster self-confidence, personal growth and social intelligence. Greatly appreciate our youth's contribution and parents' dedicated support, which make the program a successful and popular one!

Princeton Learning Experience International School                                                                                                                                    Youth Teacher Online Code of Conduct                                                                                                                      Be professional and polite in the class with appropriate dress and appearance; any inappropriate language or behavior in the class is prohibited.                                                                                              Provide good quality education services to all students of the class in a nondiscriminatory manner.                                                                                                                                                                  Take reasonable disciplinary action in exercising the authority to provide an atmosphere conducive to learning.                                                                                                                                                                     Enter into the online class (Zoom class) or onsite class on time.                                                                                              Assign homework, provide weekly class summary and individual feedback.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            For Online class, teach in a quiet room with appropriate background and lighting; your Zoom video is expected to be on for the entire class time.                                                                                                             Teacher / coach is required to inform the PLE management team and supervisor of his / her unavailability for the scheduled course before the course starts. A 48-hour advance absent notice is required if the class cannot be made due to personal reasons.                                                                                              Respect the copyright and intellectual property reserved by Princeton Learning Experience. *
PLE uses G Suite as education system. PLE will set up G Suite Education account for youth teachers in Princeton Learning Experience International School educational programs. Youth Teachers agree to use PLE G Suite account for PLE course work and school educational communication only. Parents give permission for their children(youth teachers) to be assigned a Princeton Learning Experience International School G Suite for Education account. This means youth teacher will receive an account with access to Google Drive Applications, Calendar, Classroom and selected apps.  The account may also have email feature if the email communication is required for the education program and approved by PLE. *
