We need quorum at this meeting to approve the business of the organization.

We did not achieve quorum at the AGM so the Board of Directors is calling an urgent Special Meeting on Tuesday, April 11 at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will be short as the only agenda items will be:
    1. Approval of Minutes of March 14, 2021
    2. Election of Board of Directors
    3. Approval of 2022 Financial Statement
