Each year parents must fill out a Student Transportation form that is given to the Transportation Director of the Sioux Center Schools. This form lets us know who plans to ride the bus this school year and help determine the pick up/drop off locations.
*Even if your child(ren) will not be riding the bus, please submit this form.
