Womxn Mentoring Whiting Organizing Team Application
Womxn Mentoring Whiting is recruiting for its organizing team!

WMW is a mentorship program built to support womxn of all levels in the Whiting School of Engineering. We are currently running a successful pilot program providing undergraduate students with the opportunity to engage with their peers, graduate students, and alumni through quality one-on-one mentorship and community-based experiences.

Community Subteam - As a part of the community subteam, you will work with 1-2 other organizing team members to plan and run various social and professional events throughout the semester. You may be in charge of running a training for members about how to be a good mentor/mentee. Or you may be in charge hosting a trivia night once a month to bring members closer to one another.

Program Experience Subteam - As a part of the program experience subteam, you will work with 1-2 other organizing team members to curate and implement surveys and reach out to members of the WMW program to help evaluate individuals' experience in the program.
