The Medical University of Graz is responsible for the processing of your personal data and takes technical and organizational measures to protect it appropriately.
The Medical University of Graz processes the personal data provided by you for the purpose of contact tracing during environmental investigations. The purpose of an environmental investigation is to identify the infected (infected) and diseased persons in the circle of the "environment" of the diseased person after the occurrence of a COVID-19 disease. It is also intended to research the person who originally infected the COVID-19 sufferer.
Your data will be processed to protect the legitimate interests of the data controller and on the basis of your consent (Art 6 para 1 lit c and f EU-DSGVO).
The data will be made available to the responsible
employees of the Medical University of Graz. If necessary, your personal data will be forwarded to the competent authorities in the event of an environmental investigation.
The personal data provided will be stored for a period of 28 days from the end of the event.
You have the rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to data processing. For this purpose, please contact the data protection officer (
