Anthology Interest - Tales from the Watcher
Ever feel that you're not alone?  You think you've seen something just out of the corner of your eye, only to realize there is nothing there?  Or is there?

Wordsmith Publishing, LLC (WSP) is producing another anthology, but this collection of stories are not just tales about the feeling someone gets from being watched.  Oh no, this collection will be stories from the watcher's perspective.  We're looking for stories that are from the one doing the watching, whether they are watching from the physical or spiritual realm.

The anthology is planned for an October 25, 2022 release.  WSP retains an exclusive right to publish for 90-days post release.  After the 90-day period, the author is free to republish their stories as they wish.  WSP will be providing marketing materials to reuse to promote the release and are available for use after the 90-day period if the author so wishes.  WSP will also work with those authors who would like graphics created for their stories as well, to be used by both WSP and the author for promotional purposes.  Any custom graphics promoting a specific author or their work will be promoted by WSP on the author's behalf as well when possible.

This anthology is open to ALL GENRES, as long as the story involves the main theme.  All genres will be considered for publication for this anthology.  Each short story/submission is expected to be a minimum of 3,500 to a maximum of 9,000 words in length. Writers are also free to submit more than one story, as long as each individual story meets the theme and word count requirements.

Upon release by WSP,  the book will be sold both in ebook, paperback, and hardback form.  Participating writers can purchase paperbacks for resale directly from WSP at the lower author cost.  Each participating author will receive a free paperback copy for themselves as well.

This is not a royalty-share opportunity.  Authors can purchase books from WSP at the author cost and resell to maximize their return.  Authors can purchase any amount of books at cost from WSP at any time for resale.

Any books sold directly by WSP or its owner, Kathleen Lopez, whether in person or via online stores (i.e., Amazon) shall retain any profits from those sales.

WSP will create a FB page and provide graphics for promotion as the release date gets closer.  If participants do not have FB, any developed marketing materials can be distributed via email if requested.

The dates of submission are as follows:

~ Synopsis/blurb due by May15, 2022
~ Social Media tags due by July 15, 2022
~ Edited and print ready stories due by August 1, 2022

You will be notified in advance if there are any deadlines changes.
