The RoboWreckers is a school-wide robotics team that hopes to reestablish Staples’ dominance in the competitive STEM landscape. Over the course of the off-season, we acquire funding, practice building & programming, and work to strengthen our team in preparation for the upcoming season. Each year we participate in either the First Tech Challenge or the First Robotics Competition, which are nationwide competitions that attract ~4,000 teams annually to draft, design, manufacture, and assemble application-specific robots. With funding in the thousands, we have the materials (and expertise!) to truly compete and exceed in this landscape.
