5th grade Summer Book checkouts at CRMS

Summer reading is critical. We want to help stop the brain drain! Incoming 6th grade CRMS students are invited to borrow up to 10 books over the summer from the CRMS Library for their reading pleasure.

5th grade student summer checkout approval and requests must be done BY MAY 25 :

1. Return all materials borrowed from your library during the school year
2. Have a clear library record (No unpaid fines or missing books at your elementary school)
3. Get parent permission (Have a parent complete this Google form.)
4. Visit the Destiny Catalog on the CRMS Library website to look for up to 10 available books and list titles on the last part of this form.

Book requests will be filled based on availability when request is received. As many popular titles may not be available, be sure to search for a wide variety of books that show "AVAILABLE" in the catalog. We may not be able to fill all titles, but will do our best!

Please complete a separate form for each 5th grade student.

For pick-up and return:
1. June 1 and 2 : Drive up to the FRONT ENTRANCE to pick-up your available books bagged and ready outside.
2. Read and enjoy those books all summer long!
3. Return all books between August 8 - August 11 to the return bin in the front foyer of the school. Student account needs to be clear going into the new school year.
