Insights of pharmacist practitioners in public health into Education, Career Choices, and Continuous Development  : A Cross Sectional Survey Study

Welcome to the " Insights of pharmacist practitioners in public health into Education, Career Choices, and Continuous Development" survey study. Your participation is crucial in contributing valuable insights to our understanding of the pharmacy profession. Before you proceed, please take a moment to review the informed consent information.

Informed Consent: Participation in this survey is entirely voluntary. By continuing, you indicate your willingness to take part in the study. The survey aims to gather information on various aspects of public pharmacists' experiences, education, career choices, and continuous development.

Length of the Survey: The survey is designed to be comprehensive but efficient, devided into 6 sections, taking approximately 15 minutes to complete.

Data Storage and Duration: All data collected will be stored securely and confidentially. Your responses will be stored on Google Forms and kept for a period of 5 years for analysis purposes. After this period, all identifiable data will be securely deleted.

Investigator and Purpose: This survey is conducted by Dr. OUAHAB Ammar, the investigator from Department of Pharmacy, University of Batna 2. The purpose of the study is to gain insights into public pharmacists' perspectives on education, career choices, and continuous development. The information collected will be used for research purposes only.

Protection of Personal Information: If any personal information is collected, rest assured that mechanisms are in place to protect unauthorized access. Your responses will be treated with the utmost confidentiality, and only aggregated, anonymized data will be reported.
