We have planned a whole array of fun and interactive activities for students this holiday.
With new elements and themes, every week will be different but just as exciting.
Children of any level of Putonghua/Chinese are welcome! We will conduct a brief assessment of their proficiency on the first day and assign them to the appropriate classes.
We teach in both Simplified and Traditional Chinese.
Schedule:
Mornings: Focused Chinese learning based on weekly theme. Children will learn/master basics of oral, listening, reading and writing. Advanced learners will practise reading comprehension, grammar and creative writing skills.
Afternoons: a more relaxed time for basic STEM projects, Wellness Cooking, Chinese Culture (Calligraphy and Painting), Chinese Cooking, Art and Craft, PTH Drama, Performances (videos only) and Outings every week (weather dependant).
Weekly Themes (we reserve the right to make changes to weekly Themes depending on circumstances):
Week 1: Jun 17 - 21: HK Maritime Museum (香港海事博物館）
Week 2: Jun 24 - 28: Aberdeen Harbour （香港仔避風塘）
Week 3: Jul 2 - 6: Life in HK （在香港生活）(Jul 1 is holiday - Camp is Tues to Sat) FULL
Week 4: Jul 8 - 12: Tai Kwun Art & Culture （大館文化和藝術）FULL
Week 5: Jul 15 - 19: Old HK （舊香港-警隊博物館）
Week 6: Jul 22 - 26: Nature and Wellness （自然健康生活）FULL
Week 7: Jul 29 - Aug 2: Victoria Harbour （維港特色）
Week 8: Aug 5 - 9: Back to School (開學了）
All Students are required to bring their own snacks & lunches or have lunches dropped off before 11.15am each day.
Tuition Fee (Full Day):
$5,800/1 week $25,000/5 weeks
$11,200/2 weeks $28,800/6 weeks
$16,200/3 weeks
$20,800/4 weeks
Enrolment is subject to 10% discount if you enroll AND PAY before Apr 27, 2024.
Enrolment is subject to 5% discount if you enroll AND PAY before May 11, 2024.
Extra 5% discount for siblings/friends/returning students (can only use once).
NOTE TO PARENTS:
There is no refund if Camp is cancelled due to bad weather (Typhoon 8/Black Rain and above).
Sick Leave requires doctor's note. Make up is allowed as Camp or regular classes (need to complete before 30 June, 2025).
Regarding photos and videos of students, it will be distributed AFTER each week of Camp. Do note that the teachers' main focus is to teach class and ensure student's learning progress. There is much work needed to be done after photos/videos are taken for each child eg editing and sorting etc. We ask for your understanding and apologize for any delays.
