School and Community Funding Application

Eligibility: The requested funds must be used for expenses directly related to (non-administrative) running programs. The requesting individual/organization must be based and operating within the Fort Collins Community or within the Poudre School District boundaries. Livermore, Wellington, Windsor, and Red Feather Lakes schools are encouraged to apply. Applicants may submit more than one proposal per 12 month period, but schools and organizations are limited to $1,000 in funding support in 12 month period. Applicants may request up to $1,000 in funding. Typical awards are $500.
