Soapstone Preschool - 2024 Summer Camp Commitment Form
Happy Summer Camp at Soapstone Preschool!  Please fill out the following form to commit to Soapstone Preschool's summer camp. Paper registration forms (with payment method indicated) will be distributed to placed families and must be turned into the preschool, along with full payment (Procare or check) within 48 hours in order to hold your spot in a summer camp class.

Please know that we have limited number of spaces for children in our summer camp program in order to maintain appropriate and safe teacher-student ratios.  We will register children on a first-come, first-serve basis, based on the submission of this commitment form.  

Please note: 
  1. Summer Camp Week 1 (June 3-6): 
  2. Summer Camp Week 2 (June 10-June 13): 
  3. Camp Hours: 9:15am - 12:45pm 
  4. Summer Camp is for existing Rising 3's - Rising K children
