2023 YLC Wednesday at the Square Corporate Volunteer Interest Form
YLC is now gathering corporate and group volunteer interest for our spring 2023 concert season. Volunteering together as a group (aka 'adopting') a beer booth at our event is a fun team-building activity that supports YLC’s leadership development and community service programs.

Please note, this form is an expression of interest for volunteer groups. We will follow up with you to confirm availability and dates.

Adopt a Beer Booth:

Beer booth volunteers must be at least 21 years of age. There will be two beer trailers each week. A minimum of eight and maximum of 12 volunteers are needed at each trailer. Roles will include pouring beer and using an electronic POS (point-of-sale) to accept payment. Beer sellers are asked to serve no more than 2 beers per person at a time. During a shift, you may be asked to switch between beer seller and pourer. Beer Booth volunteers receive a short training before the shift begins to ensure laws, best practices, and safety measures are followed.

Please note: Beer Booths are currently the only group volunteering option. To adopt a beer booth you must have 8 - 12 volunteers, all over the age of 21.

Estimated Number of Volunteers (per concert)
Organizations are asked to recruit 8 - 12 volunteers to entirely adopt a main beer booth. One group of 4 - 6 people each week can adopt the beer point-of-sale within the Beer Garden. Smaller groups will be folded in with volunteers from the general public.
