VENDOR WAIVER: I agree that the Historic Hotel Broadalbin, Broadalbin Properties, LLC, the  proprietors, its employees and/or event coordinator will not be held responsible for any and all claims for damages  or loss of any exhibitors work, or injuries to any and all persons/exhibitors on properties which may arise before,  during or after the Sacandaga Market/Outdoor Adventure Day/Fall Festival event on all market dates (july 5, july 19, aug 2, aug 16, sept 6, sept 20) and the fall festival on September 24, 2022. The event coordinator has the right to refuse any objectionable material. Said exhibitor agrees to remain set up for the full duration of the event. In addition, vendor fees are non-refundable. *
