2019-2020 Schedule Change Request Form
Please submit all schedule change requests and schedule-related questions electronically.  Requests will be processed in the order of priority first then all lower level priority requests will be completed in the order in which they were received.  Responses will be sent directly to your school email.  If a parent signature or discussion is required, Mrs. Henry will call for you or see you during the lunch hour.  Please do not submit more than one request for the same change.  Please follow your most current version of your schedule (as displayed in Schooltool) while you await a change.  Thank you!

Please note that just because you ask for a schedule change does not mean that it can or will be granted.  We will do our best to honor your request, but many times we are unable to do so because of class size or school procedures.  We will not change lunch periods (exception:  seniors), core lab teachers or classroom teachers based upon requests.  Please indicate that you understand this statement to submit your request.
