1. A Travel Permit is required for any team that is travelling to any tournament being held at a location outside of its MHA boundaries.
2.  A Travel Permit is required for any team that is travelling to an out of province exhibition game.
2. A Tournament/Exhibition Game sanction number must be provided by the host, and included with the Travel Permit request.
3. If a Tournament/Exhibition Game sanction number is not available, please upload a PDF of the official sanction documentation provided by the host.

I have read the following Conditions and agree. 1)Teams must have permission from Hockey Alberta before playing exhibition or tournament games out of the Zone.Out of Province, the actual permit must be carried with you (this is the actual permit).                     2) Exhibition or Tournament games must not conflict with any League Games.  And will pay any fees associated with game changes.                                                                   3)All Game Sheets and Write-ups must be submitted immediately to your respective Regional Co-ordinator(s).Teams must adhere to Minor Hockey Tournament and Exhibition Game Regulations as set out by Hockey Alberta *
