2021-2022 CU Boulder Infrastructure & Sustainability Mentor Program (ISMP)
The Infrastructure & Sustainability Mentor Program (ISMP) is designed and offered to assist employees in both professional and personal development areas as part of their career with the University of Colorado Boulder.
Eligibility to apply to the program requires at least one-year of successful service in your department, and at least an overall "satisfactory" rating on your most recent performance evaluation, and no attendance issues.
Participating in the ISMP means being a partner on a mentorship team. Effective mentor partners serve as mutual advisers, coaches, teachers, sounding boards, cheerleaders, and critics all rolled into one. Mentor partners share their understanding of practices and policies, discuss problems, and analyze and learn in an atmosphere that is trusting, collaborative, constructive, and confidential. Both partners benefit by developing new skills and abilities; broadening experience in specific areas; increasing motivation and confidence; building a wider network; and increasing your understanding of university and departmental programs, policies, and procedures.
Register by filling out the form below on or before Tuesday, September 14, 2021 in order to be considered for participation in this program.
