I'm excited we're working together! My mission is to empower you to build confidence, heal dysfunction, and overcome trauma naturally using a body-based, holistic approach integrating the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.

My practice unites the science of education and ancient wisdom of Tantra. I employ Cognitive Learning Theory and draw from evidence-based approaches like Polyvagal Theory, Neuroplasticity, Metacognition, Sensate Focus, and Somatic Literacy. I also offer powerful healing modalities like Tantric wellness and bodywork, Hatha Yoga, and Reiki .

Somatic education unites the science of education and ancient wisdom of Tantra. I hold my Master's of Science, as well as am a certified Tantric Wellness Practitioner, Ordained Minister, Registered Healer, and Psychedelic Coach. Sessions are personalized based on your individual goals. They typically include education and coaching in breath, movement, meditation, mindfulness, bodily awareness, boundary-setting, communication, healthy relationships, 21st century dating, anatomy and physiology, energy work, role play, mind-body wellness, Tantric and Taoist bodywork, harm reduction using plant medicine, and spiritual practice.
