Travel Declaration Form
This form must be submitted in order to access the AAS building. Parents, please ensure you submit one form per child. Staff, faculty, contractors, and all other visitors must also complete this form before gaining access to the AAS Moscow building. This is a local government requirement to ensure tracing in case of infection. You only need to submit this form once, unless you have traveled outside of Russia, or Moscow Oblast. All individuals who have traveled (or have family members that have traveled) outside of Russia, Moscow, or Moscow Oblast must exclude themselves from campus for 14 days.
