Please fill in the information below to register your child in the CCHS After-School Program for those in grades 9-12. We are very excited to extend an invitation for your child to participate in our CCHS After-School Learning Program. We strongly encourage you to take advantage of this educational opportunity to help ensure that your child is making academic gains to help them maximize their learning potential. Please register by September 1, but we will only be able to serve the first 24 to register.

We are also pleased to inform you that the program will be provided at NO COST to you and is being funded through the ESSER Grant. The program will be held every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday beginning September 5th and ending March 28th. Bus transportation and an afternoon snack will also be provided at NO ADDITIONAL COST. Classes will begin promptly at 3:30 p.m. and end at 5:15 p.m.  Attendance is mandatory if your student enrolls. Due to the limited number of seats available to enroll, students will be removed from the program after 5 absences.  Students will receive homework help, review and reinforcement of grade level skills, and enrichment opportunities. Students will also utilize computer-based instructional computer programs to address any learning loss they may have experienced.
