Scholarship Application for 2024 True Nature Retreats 
Hello and Welcome to True Nature

We are delighted you want to join us on one of our retreats and hope that we can support to make that possible.

This is our scholarship application form for all of the retreats that we run throughout 2023. We reserve a number of low cost places on each of our retreats for Black / People of Colour,  LGBTQ+ folks, people who live with disabilities as well as people from marginalised communities or challenging socio-economic backgrounds.

We are in an ongoing iterative process of learning and unlearning how to make our space equitable, diverse and inclusive of the multitudes of experiences of women. Reserving low cost places for those who might struggle to access or participate in an event like this is part of our approach.

However we recognise that this can only be one part of our approach to inclusivity and requires us to be in a continued learning process around the themes of trauma, class, disability, race, gender and so much more. You can see more about our approach to diversity and inclusion here.

Please provide as much information as you feel comfortable for this application, if we feel that we are missing information we may offer the chance to speak on the phone briefly. The information provided here helps us make sure that we are offering places to those who meet the criteria of our scholarship places. 

We aim to offer out bursary places at the latest 2 - 4 weeks before the start of a retreat. If we do not hear from people we have offered places to within 2 - 3 days then we may offer that place to someone else to ensure that the scholarship places are filled.
