2019 Trojan Marching Band UNIFORM CONTRACT

The below listed member of the Greater Johnstown High School marching band and his/her parents, agree to be responsible for all of the items below which will be issued to the student. The student is responsible for the upkeep of all uniform components during the season (placing on hangers, proper storage, etc.). The parent and student further agree to return the uniform at the end of the marching band season in the same condition as it was issued to you. The student agrees not to eat food, other than what is provided by director and boosters, while in uniform. The students agrees to NEVER take the uniform, or parts of the uniform, home with them unless given permission by the director.  Please know that students must return the complete uniform that was originally issued at a designated time determined by the director.  Any damaged, lost, or stolen parts of the uniform will be the complete financial responsibility of the student and their parents.  Report cards, schedules, transcripts and/or diplomas may be held until the uniform is returned or replacement fees are paid. *
Parts of the uniform to be distributed
Shako (hat), Shako box, Jacket, Gauntlets, Bibbers (pants), Rain Coat, Garment bag.  Band shoes belong to the member.  Uniforms will be dry cleaned every summer by the district.  Again, no parts of the uniform will be taken home by the member unless given permission by the director.
