About the Series:
Childbirth involves a deep flow state where body and breath work together to bring baby earthside. This 60 min class combines movement and breathwork to help you create a connected flow that supports the birth process. Movements are specifically designed to open and balance your body so that you can birth with ease and grace.

About the Instructor:
Annie Hopkins, PT, RYT has been practicing yoga since 2003, and became certified through Nosara Yoga Institute in 2010. She is at home in a vinyasa flow, but enjoys restorative and Yin practices as well. She is passionate about helping pregnant and postpartum people feel more at home in their changing bodies through yoga, and completed a prenatal yoga training in 2010. Annie then deepened her knowledge about birth and the pelvic floor by becoming a pelvic health PT in 2018 and is working towards becoming a Certified Birth Healing Specialist through the Institute of Birth Healing. Through this work, she strives to empower pregnant and postpartum people and help guide them on their path to wholesome healing.
