Library Card Application
NOTE: Incomplete applications will not be processed. You will be assigned a temporary account number which cannot be used online (e.g., Libby or research databases). You will have to visit the library in person to get your card and permanent account number.
Texas residents age 18+ who provide a photo ID and proof of current Texas address may obtain a Haslet Public Library card. Proof of current address includes a bill, a paycheck stub, an insurance card, etc. The item used as proof must include the individual’s name as it appears on their photo ID. Children age 5+ are eligible for a card. Parents/legal guardians are legally responsible for any materials checked out on the child’s card. We will contact you when your account has been opened.
