This is a reference for an applicant to a ministry leadership position with Mountain T.O.P.

Summer Staff employees are part of a five to 10 person team responsible for leading groups of 75-160 campers through week-long mission experiences. The staff prepares for and manages sites for the participants in service projects and home repair with local families or day camp programs for local children. They also lead evening programs which help participants process their experiences from a Christian perspective.
