Team Entry Form - Teams can consist of people in your house, family or friends and can live anywhere there is internet connection. You will receive a confirmation email and will be able to make edits after you hit submit.
Please note that all registered team members must be 13 years or older. While children are encouraged to participate, they must have an adult play with them. Children can be entered under an adult team member using First Names ONLY.



This email address should be for the team captain. The team captain will be the primary contact person for the Sheep Picture Quest organizers. The Team Captain is responsible for knowing how to get in touch with all team members.
