The joint UMEA ("ULF Wave Modeling, Effects, and Applications") and RB (“System Understanding of Radiation Belt Particle Dynamics through Multi-Spacecraft and Ground-Based Observations and Modeling”) focus groups session will be held right after RB session at 3:30 – 7:00 pm CST on December 12, 2021. We invite presentations that discuss recent findings in various areas of Electromagnetic Ion Cyclotron (EMIC) wave research, including their effects on energetic electrons and ions, and their propagation through the magnetosphere-ionosphere system.
