Choose your subjects by ticking the three subjects you wish from the list. You can select a four option subjects if you are predicted to get 8/9s in your GCSEs.
Option blocks will be placed on the Website once confirmed.


Notes
If a subject has (STW) this may be taught at St. Wilfrid's school (South Shields) and transport will be provided. Some Subject areas may be subject to change. We will update the website with any changes to provision.

You need 5 grade 5's to apply for 6th form. Specific subjects have their own criteria. For Example you will need a grade 7 to take any science or maths at A Level.

GCSE Re-sits
If you do not achieve a 4 grade you will be required to resit Mathematics and /or English GCSE with some timetabled support. This will be organised on an individual basis after the induction days in September.

Once you have submitted your form, you will receive a copy of your application via email and will be contacted in due course.
